Representative cost of borrowing
365 Loans Canada is a loan comparison and referral service, not a lender. We do not set interest rates, fees or terms, and we do not make credit decisions — your APR, term and approval are determined solely by the lender you are matched with. Under section 347 of the Criminal Code (effective January 1, 2025) the maximum permitted annual rate in Canada is 35% APR, and we only refer to lenders operating within that cap. Representative example at the legal maximum: a $2,000 loan repaid over 24 monthly instalments at 35% APR would cost approximately $117.04 per month, for a total repayment of about $2,808.89, of which roughly $808.89 is interest. Your own rate may be lower; it is set by the lender, not by 365 Loans.
365 Loans Canada is not a lender and does not make loan or credit decisions. We connect consumers with lenders and lending partners who may extend credit. Loan approval is not guaranteed and is subject to lender discretion. All loans comply with Canadian federal regulations, including the Criminal Rate of Interest (maximum 35% APR).
